    I have a WMV video recorded from my webcam I want to upload to youtube, so I want to convert it to Divx or MP4 using Xilisoft Video converter 3 but the output file's video runs way too fast. THe audio plays normal. Any help?

    Have you tried upload the wmv directly to youtube?

    yeah they dont reccoment wmv because the quality after its uploaded is pathetic
