i've gone through all the posts, and i am not sure what, exactly, i'm doing wrong.
i've been running ffmpegx for about 2-3 years and i've recently obtained a new box so i tried to set it up (which i did, exactly as i had the old set up)
I get the "this video cannot be played" error. i've a g4 running 10.3.9, i'm running ffmpegx 0.0.9x r2 and i'm attempting to convert a divx file to .mp4 for psp. i tried the same file on the old box, and it runs fine.
here is the log for the file on the new machine:

I couldn't duplicate your error, as my conversion went apparently okay (no DC/AC/MV errors)
using ffmpegX 0.0.9y, and 2210689.divx.
Did you perhaps deviate from the preset by using certain options?
I get the "this video cannot be played" error.
At the risk of asking the obvious: you did put the file in the correct folder on the PSP?
XviD: /MP_ROOT/100MNV01/M4V06302.MP4
(H.264: /MP_ROOT/100ANV01/MAQ05415.MP4) -
error is on the psp. the movie will start playing and then i'll get the error message. i'm definitely been putting it in the correct folder.
i'm guessing i must be missing a codec, but i can't imagine how...
