When copying the second side of a two-sided disc that I own, there are two episodes on the flip side, but it is only recognizes one of the episodes. There are two epidsodes. I have 3 discs of the same show that does this. How do I get it to recognize the second episode?

Depnds on exactly what you are doing and which tools you are using. It sounds like you have a scratched/damaged disc that the software can't read.
