Im using DVD Decrypter to rip my DVD to my HD. What im doing is selecting the VOBs that matter (the ones with the actual video content on them) and the audio is off. This doesnt happen often, but its been happening more and more with certain DVDs. I analyzed the vob file on the DVD and its NTSC, so it isn't a pal \ ntsc problem. Any suggestions?
    Sorry, Im a beginner.

DVD DECRYPTER is no longer updated. Use DVDFAB HD DECRYPTER to rip to your hard drive.

  4. If using DVD Decrypter with an older movie to make an AVI or something, then use DVD Decrypter in IFO Mode (up at the top, Mode->IFO). File Mode is the default.

And if you're trying to decrypt a newish movie that might have one of the newer copy protections, then take budz' advice and use DVDFab HD Decrypter. One of the things the new copy protections do is mess up the audio synch unless they're decrypted properly. Yes, it works with regular DVDs.
