  1. Can anybody give me information on this DVD player as soon as possible? Does it play VCD's without problems, can I use CDRW and is it any good.

    People have used this sentence before but I'll use it again :

    If I cut a bit of cardboard into a circle and loaded it into this machine it would play it no problem.

    I've created XSVCD's with 7000kb rates - Ripped out 700 Meg vobs from DVD's and just burnt it as an ISO data disc and its played it - Put Mp3's onto discs, left the sessions open, closed whatever and its played it. Any colour CDR / CDRW. Given it DVD-R no problem. Picture quality is top notch as long as you output as scart RGB or through the AV RCA's.

    This player for £99.94 wipes the floor with the other budget competition full stop.
