    I have an MPEG2 file that is not showing the correct playing time. When playing it will show 00:07 when it should be about 20 minutes. Is there a program (preferably free) that fixes these type of time playback issues?

    you need to rewrite the gop timecode. i believe the free restream tool will do it .
