I am using the AVI wrapper (v 0.93) to frameserve from Adobe Premiere 6.0 to TMPGenc to create an mpeg-1 file that will play full screen on a PC. I can't seem to get the aspect ratio correct, and the output file from TMPGenc has more blank space at the top and bottom than the original.
The captured video is NTSC DV (.9 aspect ratio), and it plays back full screen on my TV from Premiere, but I get screwed up frameserving it. I'm sure I just need to get the export settings right in Premiere or the settings in TMPGenc right.
Is there anyone who is trying to do this conversion to view the output fullscreen on a PC?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
