problem with playing divx files on sony NS67P ?

please i use sony NS67P which is support divx files but i notice that some files when playback sometimes play slower than normal and the sound delay the picture for few seconds and then play again normally .

is that refer to problem of the player or recording speed of dvd disc or the kind of the dvd disc ?

please help me if you can ....

Divx has a wide variaty of possible options and settings. Set-top Divx/DVD players can't handle many of them properly or at all.
