  1. I have an mkv video file with 2 audio tracks, French and English. When I play the mkv file with Media Player Classic, the French audio track is played by default (I can select the English track). When I use DVD Flick, version 1.2.1.3 build 348 (to convert mkv file into DVD), the 2 audio tracks are automatically loaded, but the resulting DVD has French as the default language. My question is: Is there some way in the DVD Flick settings to make English as the default language? Every time I play the DVD on a standalone, I have to select the English audio track, otherwise the French audio track will play.

Don't know if you can in DVD Flick, but if not, write the results to a HDD folder, open it in PGCEdit or IFOEdit and alter the order here. Should only need changes to the IFO files, so it should be quick. Test play then burn.

  3. Thank you, I downloaded PGCEdit, and also the guide at: http://forum.digital-digest.com/showpost.php?p=296707&postcount=1
and after studying the simple guide was able to make English as the default language in just a minute.
Couldn't have done it without the guide, as PGCEdit does a lot of things and appears complicated.

That it certainly is and does. Glad it fixed your problem though.
