Samsung SH-S183L firmware update problems

I'm having problems with the new firmware update SB03 for the SH-S183L. I downloaded both the zipped version and the exe version to install the firmware. When I run the exe (which is also in the zipped version) I have to click on an "open file" button to open the BIN file for the firmware. For some reason there is no BIN file in the zipped version or the exe version to install. Has anyone been successful in updating the firmware to version SB03 on a SH-S183L?

When you run the file, click on the folder icon in the upper left hand corner, it should default to the temp folder where the bin file was automatically extracted.
