I would try join with avidemux first. If that wont work you might have to reconvert the audio.

But why join? It causes always problems...

I want to join to make it flow fluently...because each hour the video stops for a second and then plays the next hour...I don't mind it but I am afraid my customers won't like it

Save out the audio of each of the three as a WAV (PCM) with full processing, then add them back in. In your Gspot screen, I see VBR MP3 audio which may be why you have some odd numbers showing for sample rate. The WAV will take up a lot of space. Or you could add the WAV back in and convert the audio to CBR, 48000K, maybe 128kps, 16KB/s MP3. If you have Lame MP3 ACM installed, use that instead of the default MP3 codec.

After they are converted to WAV, or matching CBR MP3 audio, you should be able to combine them, if the video of all three have the same attributes, framerate, framesize, etc. The one in Gspot appears to be a NTSC video at 29.970 fps, 640 X 480 pixels, normal for that format.

VDM doesn't handle MP3 VBR audio and should have warned you.

Open the first part in AVIDemux. When it asks to build time maps, say yes. Append the second part and repeat. Build time maps when ever asked. I have been using the 2.4 Beta version and it has so far joined AC3 2 channel, AC3 5.1 and VBR MP3 audio tracks without sync issues. On one occasion there was a small pop at the join point, but I suspect that it was actually a leftover from the cut.
