Here's my question: I have a lcd tv hooked up as a secondary monitor. If I play my x264 videos through media player x (such as media player classic) is it possible for the quality to be better than if I play it through media player y (such as gb-pvr). I would assume they'd be the same since I'm using coreavc as my decoder in both. Is it possible for there to be differences caused by the player itself?

I don't know but I would try latest ffdshow instead of coreavc, http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=920229 . Maybe better quality in latest coreavc versions though.

Certain file open in Media Player Classic but we cant play does videos in Xing Media Player. So don't worry and Keep upgrading your Media Player for best results.
