    Hey Guys

    I have the KWorld 1731 capture cards, i noticed that on Windows Media Centre 2005, it is not recognized, i tried latest drivers with no luck at all, is there any work around this?

    I would highly appreciate any help!

    doesn't the OS recognize only certain cards?

    Try installing the drivers and programs in XP SP2 compatibility mode. R click on them and go to 'Properties'. And also use 'Run as Administrator' with the installs and the programs. I managed to get my HDTV card working with Vista when there was no available drivers.

    Good Day

    Thanks for the response, i run Windows Media centre 2005 and not Vista, should i run in Windows 2000 mode? Someone said above that as this OS takes certain cards, i just bought the card recently and even bought the media centre remote controller.

    I would appreciate any further help.
