RMVB file won't convert?

Ok, I am using AllToAVI right now and I load in the RMVB file and it said "could not determine the parameters of the video, please manually specify". Also, when I am at the screen to set up the conversion it doesn't give me any data on the video I am converting, it shows nothing. For some reason the FPS is listed as "4A 40". I fill in the details of the conversion and then I start the conversion but nothing happens. The progress bar comes up for an instant and then goes awaya and nothing happens.

Also, I am unable to play the videos in Media Player Classic using CCCP. Is there a codec or something that I need to download?

Ok, I guess I just needed to download RealPlayer. However I am still having a problem. For some reason the video comes out and it is longer than the original. I don't know what to do to fix this, the audio seems fine. Also, it says that the FPS is "4A40" in AllToAVI but when I look at the videos properties in Media Player Classic, the FPS looks to be 24 FPS. How can I control the FPS with this program?
