  1. I recorded some .asf streams with GetAsfStream program. Problem is that i can't play some recorded file with Windows Media Player (11), BSPlayer or with MPC. BUT i can play it with VLC. I don't understand why i'm not able to play it those other players. I can play some other recorded files fine, for example with BSPlayer (which is mine main player). Both recorded files contains Windows Media/Audio 9.

Try repair the asf/wmv files with asfbin or steeper.

  3. Didn't help with asfbin. With steeper it said that cannot save output file.

  4. Could it be that those files are DRM protected? And if so, why VLC can play them?

Edit: More info. When i play the file with VLC, i got these messages, while playing the video:

main warning: buffer is 40022 in advance, triggering downsampling
main warning: resampling stopped after 3076382 usec (drift: 38897)

I would try a different tool. Sounds like the file index's are corrupt.

You mean for recording or for repairing? Can you suggest any tools?

If all else fails, you may be able to transcode it to a different format with VLC. 'File>Wizard>Transcode/Save to file.

For recording. Since you recorded the streams and they won't play, the corruption must have occurred during the recording process.

Take a look in the Tools section for other recorders. And aside from capturing a stream, you may want to consider a tool that just downloads the file from the source, such as the Orbit downloader.
