ok, I have been using vdubmod to blur stuff out. but is there anyway, I can just blur out like 5 secs of a movie not the hole thing. Like if someone was naked lol or something like that?

use the Conditional filter from Dmitri Schamschufko. It allows you apply almost any filter to a specified frame range.

The Conditional Execution Filter seemed to have disappeared.
It allowed you to use different filters for different parts of a video. Without that, you can cut out a part of the video you want to handle differently in Direct stream copy mode, open it in a second VirtualDub, apply your filters, then save it out in the same format as the original in Full processing mode, then add it back into your first VD file.

Or learn some AviSynth so you can use the Trim or ApplyRange filters to filter only parts of a video:

That has Version 0.5b - March 2003, which appears to be the last version.
It works in VDubMod 1.5.10 (the latest, I think).
