Hope this is the correct place to ask.
I have a number of mpeg-2 files which I believe were originally captured with a PVR. Data rate is approx 1 gig per hour (mediainfo reports 720*576 @ 15000 kbps). They playback fine in various players.
However, and whatever program I have tried, when I try to covert to dvd-compliant mpeg-2 there is significant picture interference which ranges from the sample posted below to blocky pixelisation.
I believe it is an issue of the synching of the audio and the video.
Can anyone suggest a program/method which results in a faultless picture.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

give the free version of convertxtodvd a try. it has a good track record for transcoding odd things to dvd spec.
