PlayStation2's Compatability

I've been searching for any information on the PS2's playback compatability and can't seem to find any info at all on this site. If anyone know's if it can play VCD, SVCD or anything else (besides DVD), I would really apprectiate the heads up.

You couldn't find anything on the site eh? Well there's 59 topics pertaining to that exact question in the forums and an entry in the dvd players list. Next time at least TRY to look for the answer. Lying isn't a very admirable trait.
