Did you try reading in 'Safe Mode'? You should be able to boot to that at startup. Usually the F6 or F8 key or your BIOS screen may tell you.
But you may have damaged the registry. If so, I would consider a XP reinstall or at least a repair reinstall. You usually need to change your BIOS to boot from CD.
And welcome to our forums. -
yes i just tried in safe mode nothing even tried autoplay reg fix nothing still yellow constant light than continuing blinking orange light?

to re-install the drive driver, go to my computer/properties/hardware/device manager/click on dvd-cd drives/right click on the drive and uninstall. reboot and the computer will find the drive as new hardware and install it. if it still won't work, either it's toast or windows is.

Spelling is no big deal. But at least an attempt at typing in complete sentences makes it easier to read and understand what you are trying to say.
Does the PC boot into Windows?
And this post should be in the computer or DVD writers forum.Google is your Friend -

OK.
So Windows boots up normally, but when it is running your DVDROM won't read any discs? You should try a CD and a DVD. You can also try the suggestion above by aedipuss, it will often correct some issues.Google is your Friend -
With so many disc problems, maybe your DVD drive went into PIO mode instead of the normal DMA mode... explanation and fix here... worth checking anyway?
