HOW CAN I CUT A .ASF file i tried everything!!!!!

i tried cutting an asf file but no program i tried supports it and i really need to do it.
i tried virtual dub and tcmpeg and they dont work, virtual dub gives m some error about microsoft or something pls help me!!!! :cry: [/i]

Look in the tools section of this site. Look for ASFTools. It let's you cut ASF files, but I warn ya, it's ornery (at least in my experience) As for VirtualDub, the ability to open ASF files was removed after version 1.3c. However, you can still find that version in the web. Look for it in the tools section too. And don't forget the SMR codecs. You'll need these. Good luck.
