    I am looking for a Video Converter that can converter from most formats to most. The most common conversion that I intend to use is DVD to iPod, DivX (or XVid .. have not idea which is better) and PDA. For DivX or XVid format .. something that will play on a stand-alone player rather than PC.

    I have Nero Recode that converts to mp4 .. but wasn't very satisified with the quality. I did research .. but couldn't find one where the majority agree that it is a great tool. For e.g. Slysoft has some tools (though not one single tool) .. but there are lot of complaints of audiosync. Then there are others which have trojans ...

    Hence the question for the forum members. I am willing to shell out upto $75 - 100 if the product is good. Looking forward to your recommendations. Thanks in advance.
