How can I add onto a DVD-RW. Say I have room to put more onto the DVD how can I add onto it without earasing the previous data.
    Thanks,
    Brian

DVD players do not support multi-session for video.

-If you use the DVD-RW as a data DVD, then adding more data into it is just a matter of copy/paste (using program such as InCD, or whatever comes with your DVD burner).
-If you created this DVD-RW as a DVD-Video, then there is no other way to add more video. Just have to add more video into the existing DVD project to encode them and burn the DVD-RW again. Your old footage will be erased and replaced by the new one.

Just a correction note for my previous post on adding video to existing video disk: some years back I did try to use a format called DVD-VR (for "DVD-video recording"). This allows for adding more video clips and changing menu on an existing DVD (rewritable). You just open a new DVD-VR project for authoring as usual, and burn the DVD-VR. The DVD-VR can play on stand-alone DVD players. The next time, you can add clips to the same DVD-VR. I used an authoring program called NeoDVD. I have no longer used DVD-VR and do not know how many of the current authoring programs still support it. FYI in case you are interested in this sort of authoring.
