I have just started to use Videodub, to removed unwanted things from dvd's before i burn them,
however i have noticed that whenever i use videodub, and then burn my movie, when you play the movie the subtitles are on, you can turn them off, but its like they are defaulted on

how to i fix this and why is it happening

    thanks

video dub is a popular dvd editing program (freeware) it allows you to actually remove parts of dvd's, where Dvd Shrink will only allow you to change a perticular part to a still image,
i thought people around here would be famillar with it

You can edit with dvd shrink also, under the reauthoring mode.

Can you post a link to videodub? I can't find it.

whats cool is that you can go in and say, remove the intro video, where it would say which company made the movie, and remove the credits at the end, and then go to dvd shrink, and not have to re auther the movie, so you can keep all the menus and extras, its a really cool program,....except for the problem im having.

OK, ignore everything, i am an idiot, ive been talking about the wrong program,
my problem is with VOBLANKER, vob blanker is the program i am using to remove parts of dvds before i go to dvd shrink, again the problem is that after i burn the movie and put in in a player and play, the subtitiles are on, you can go back and turn them off, but if you remove the disc and put it in another player and play, subtitles are on.
