i like to know is have anyone play more than 45 min of svcd on they home players with out no problems

yes, do not makes threats or anything just because i am responding to this but if u email me, i will teach u how to encode up to 1 hr 50 min of standard svcd onto 1 cd(works on dvd players only!)

Most dvd players don't have any problems with svcds over 45 mins. The time display may be inaccurate beyond a certain playtime but I don't think this is of too much concern. I know the Philips line does have some issues with seeking when the svcd is over a certain length but they should at least still play. I frequently put over 45 mins on a cdr without problems.
Sean an hour and 50 mins on one cdr at 480x480 resolution would surely yield quality so poor that it would be unwatchable. -

that would be ermm..an avg bitrate of 700-800 and crappy sound, not compatible with dvdplayers..najsWell, I am the slime from your video.

It would be compatible with dvd players. The only video bitrate limit for svd is a max of 2.6Mbits, there is no minimum level required. The problem is that it wouldn't be compatible with our eyes because the quality would be so bad.

I agree with agzz.
It must be a low, low bitrate and so can't be STANDARD SVCD.
