    I'm not sure what it's called, but I've had this problem with a few vids I have

    I wanna know if there's a way to fix this or if it's something I'm doing wrong when I convert it from the DVD.
    I've been using VirtualDub Mod to try and fix it. Also I use DVD Decrypter to convert it...

  2. That is interlaced video that has been blend-deinterlaced. You presumably did this when converting from DVD. Use a smart deinterlacer instead of VirtualDUbMod's blend deinterlace. Or inverse telecine if possible.
