Hi people
Ive got a friend of mine who started working for this community tv station and they asked him to record the video format as the following specifications:

video ..> mpeg2..> bitrate 3000-8000 kb/s ..> pal..> desocotion? 720X576
audio..> mpeg1..>layer 11..>84khz ..>46-320kb/s

He uses adobe premier 6.5 and he doesn't have any capture cards they recommend that he uses either Pinnacle or Storm capture cards but hes not sure which model he should buy to be able to achieve the above specs.

Any assistance would greatly be appreciated
