    Hey, does anybody here know how to hex edit the maximum time of a .AVI video?

    What do you mean by maximum time? You wan't to change the frame rate?

    No, no. I just want to change the time to make it appear to be shorter than it really is. I want to change the time of a 23 minute video to like 5 minutes. But it won't actually be 5 minutes long.
