Hi, I have just bought a Level 3010 DVD player so that i can play Divx etc and would like a region free code.
Can anyone help??

Why did you buy a region locked player, if you need a region free? Far from all DVD players can be made region free. But then: It's just a matter of backing up your wrong region disk to DVD-R to make the disk region free. A region free disk plays in all players regardless of if the player is region locked or not.

I just chose the cheapest DVD player that supported Divx in the shop, so that I can now just write the file to a CD and play. Not have to make DVD or VCD. I thought that there were region free codes for all DVD players? I have a few region 1 DVDs but like you rightly said I could just back them up on my PC and remove the region code.
If anyone does know of a code I would still like to have it

Google is your Friend -
Germany=PAL, and a vast majority of PAL TV/DVD players do NTSC video fine, so that shouldn't be a problem (even if there's always a risk).
