I have downloaded a video file from the net in .wmv format with a size of 60mb.When I try to convert it to vcd-pal it becomes more than 700mb in size so that I cannot burn it to a disc.
How can I manage the size?Is it normal to have this much of increase in size - 12 times- while converting from wmv to mpg1 vcd pal?

The size of a WMV depends on both the length and quality. So 60 MB could be a few minutes at high quality or an hour at very low quality. -
