    so 6521/6522 if you want to compress by 1 second

    so will 6520/6519 be the correct one?

    if it doesn't like decimals, you can fix your fraction

    13039/13040 instead of 13038/13040

    YIPEE its worked... 6518.5/6520

    thanks for all your help PDR and others...

    Although it was a rigmarole with my 2 problems im glad it happened cos ive learned so much and now know how to tackle these things...

    Now have fixed MKV with DTS removed and AC3 in its place and re-sync'ed to the video - ready for conversion
