hi, I was wondering to how to edit video ID Tags, I have some divx videos, but I want to edit the artist but Windows Media Player or the Properties button wont let me, any software or anything?

I was also wondering about flv files, I can't rewind or fast forward them on windows media player, I use K-Lite Codec pack and on the file it says 0secs.

the "abcAVI Tag Editor" doesn't edit the tags very well, I edited them several times, not even the title changes and yes I've saved it after I was done.

You will need to ensure the files are "read only".
As to your flv issue, you can try a dedicated flv player to verify if they can be ff/rw. Most likely the files aren't properly indexed.Google is your Friend -
I've selected the file as "read-only" but it won't let me edit/delete some words
