TS to FLV

Hello!
I'm searching for converter from .TS to .FLV format.
I need to convert .TS files captured by my Dreambox reciever to post it in web and play it with FLV players.

Are there any tools that I can use to solve this porblem?

I would first try directly to convert to flv with super or Riva FLV Encoder. If it wont work from the ts convert it to a mpeg2 file with for example hdtvtompeg2 or videoredo.
