Missing VIDEO_TS.VOB and all VTS_xx_0.VOB

Hi,

I've got the following files from a DVD, but I seem to be missing VIDEO_TS.VOB and all VTS_xx_0.VOB.
At least that is what I understand from the explanation I read on doom9 (What's on a DVD).
I seem to be having all the data from the main movie, which is all I really need, but how do I create the missing files so I can burn a DVD according to the spec ?

Re-rip the DVD if you are missing files.

You may not be missing anything. What you appear to have is simply a menuless DVD. If you feel you must have a VIDEO_TS.VOB in the mix, reauthor with a menu.
