I can't get the captures to be a VCD 2.0 compliant... Nero won't accept! Is there a way in MMC to tweak that? I have done the size to 352x288 with 25fps and se tthe bit rate to 1150000. Is that bps??? is that really the same as 1150 kbps??? I'm not sure.... I mean.. is'nt 1 kb the same as 1024 bytes?? then...
should'nt 1150 kbps be set too... 1177600 bps instead???


And about the Audio... does that encode the right way? sure it's 44,1 khz but there's no value abotu the 224 kbps sound that you need for a VCD...
