Ok, I'm REALLY new to this and I just bought a laptop with Windows Vista......yeah, yeah, I know. Here's the thing; I just tried to run an NTSC DVD (Bruce Almighty) in my DVD player. Windows media player 11 tells me "Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card." I went to Windows update but that was no help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
God bless and blue skies,

I would suggest either Media Player Classic or VLC to play the disc. Both of these programs are free and play dvd's. I use Vista all the time and I do not see anything wrong with it.

I'll give these a try and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the help!
