Need help, please. Bad DAT file.

I have a file called avseq012.dat, the size is 600 MB, but it always stops after playing 400 MB. Could anyone tell me how to fix the dat file please? Thanks in advance.

Hi turtledove3 ,

The only thig I can suggest as a starting place would be to convert your .dat file back to an .mpeg file using perhaps VCDGear and then play around a bit with it maybe demultiplexing or using some repair type software from the tools section.
