    Hi,
I have a movie(All The Presidents Men)that shows that it is 7.30GB on my computer I also checked it with Nero Disc Info and it says it is 7,483MB in size but if I click on the drive the movie is in and click open and look at the files inside it shows the movie is 6.66GB in size?
When I rip the disc the finished file says it is 6.66GB in size?

So what's going on here? Is the Movie 6.66GB or is it one of the other numbers?
Has anybody ever had this happen to them?

    Thank You

  4. Some programs count in decimal K's others in binary K's. So in some programs a KB is 1000 bytes. In others a KB is 1024 bytes (note that this is 2 to the 10th power). Hence a MB can be 1000000 bytes or 1048576 bytes. A GB can be 1000000000 bytes or 1073741824 bytes.
