    As above.

The scm file i'm referring to is a video fie.

File Type 2 ScreenCam Screen Recording
    Category Video Files
    Common? No
File Description PC screen recording created using ScreenCam screen capture software; acts as a "screen camcorder" that records the exact activity displayed on the screen of a Windows computer; can be streamed using StreamCam software.

ScreenCam was originally developed by IBM Lotus and is now owned by SmartGuyz.

I've done a search but couldn't find any. I also have 3 video converters, Mediacoder, SUPER and Videora ipod converter. All 3 can't help solve my problem.

That isn't a widely know format, and thus there likely isn't a tool that supports it. Your best bet is to start with a program that can open the file(s). Many programs offer other ways of saving the files besides propriatary formats.

Have you asked the folks at SmartGuyz? My guess is that .scm is a project file, not a video. Perhaps their proprietary software can open your file. Perhaps they can point you to a capable legacy application.

I noticed their new program allows export to other more mainstream formats
