Last time when I used DVD Lab Pro 1.53, the subtitle timecode was perfect, but when I used the new DVD Lab Pro 2.3 (a version newer than 2.21, in which it says:

Changed, Fixed and Cleaned - Subtitle Timecode, now you should always use the Real Time 25fps & 29.97 fps settings for your subtitles. But there are two other options Correct if subs show early and Correct if subs show late, use these if at some point the DF/NDF is incorrect in your subtitles, this will correct it in the right dirrection and hopefully end the confussion about NDF and DF subtitles.)

the subtitles were STILL out of sync. It still only said "Real Time: 29.97 fps", no matter every which way I did. By using Windows Vista, how can I fix this problem?

On second thought, I am aware that I accidentally posted this in the wrong section. Could you please move it to the "Subtitle" section, then figure out what I should do?
