Is there any free software to convert a DVD Concert (Musical Performance) into an audio CD only to play in the car for example. Thanks

There are numerous way's to do this.

Prob. the easiest, but not free, would be DVD Audio Extractor.

It will rip the audio to WAV with a cue sheet where the chapter points are ready for burning to cdr.

If the dvd is copy protected & you can't rip directly from the dvd, you may have to rip the contents to your HDD first with something like DVDFab HD Decrypter then open the files from the HDD.

1/Rip the DVD to your hard drive with DVDFab HD Decrypter
2/Extract (demux) your audio with ReJig
3/Transcode your AC3 to wave with Belight
4/Edit and export your audio with Audacity
5/Compile / burn your "songs" with WMP

Works great here - your mileage may vary

Program called "DVD Audio Ripper" does the job in one step with adjustable levels and choice of audio streams to rip. I think ImToo sells it.
