Sorry to post about this. I've searched and have found several posts with no clear solution.
I know I'm not the first to find this... more and more, titles are coming broken into many M2TS files (Simpsons, Ratatoullie). Ok... I own these discs and just want to make down res'd version in XVID format to avoid media destruction by the kids. (sorry for the mini fair-use rant)
Clearly, the players know how to piece these multiple files back together in order to give seamless playback. How do they do this? Something in the PLAYLIST directory?
Can we access this info to take the mystery out of manually reconstructing the movie? Better yet, can great efforts like AnyDVD and DVDFab add this function into the equation...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
