    What's your recommendation for an all-around good video capturing software? I tried screen recorder pro but it constantly seems to dissappear on me and stay running, lol.

    I hear hypercam and camstacia studio are very good? I'd mostly be recording flash but it could be almost any format. I would prefer it not to take up as much system resources as screen recorder pro seems to.
