I'm trying to do a conversion from BD to Xvid for use by the kids... This disc is VC-1 encoded and I've managed to get the M2TS files onto the harddrive.

The movie is broken into 30+ parts! I've tried combining them using TSSplitter v1.0 and, at first, I thought I was successful. Unfortunately, when I use TSmuxer to demux the audio from the combined file, it reports the video length in correctly. If I ignore this an go to the video conversion, the number of frames is way too small.

Oddly, if I try to play the file in Classic Media Player directly from the disk, it seems to play correctly.

What would cause this? I think I'm using the latest tool verions.

    Help!

Moving you to our dvd/hd to avi xvid forum.

I would wait for an one click app like AutoGK for HD/Blurays as it to much work to get a xvid from a hddvd/bluray today.
