The installation of the Geniatech One Touch Grabber software and drivers went fine. I have been trying to capture video from a VCR, using the RCA out connections, but no video will display in the Grabber software. Any suggestions appreciated.

I finally got it to work. For some reason it will not work in the USB inputs on the front of my computer but it will work with the ones on the rear of the computer. Any idea why this would be? It's a bit of a hassle to get to the rear of the computer.

Front USB is often 1.1, while rear are 2.0. Stupid, I know. Get a 2.0 USB hub (or a USB extender cable) to make your rear connectors more accessible.

I would check to make sure the connectors for your front usbs are not loose, both on the usb itself and the mobo.

Lots of complaints posted about front USB connections.
Personally, I quit the battle and use the back ones.

Will try again with next motherboard and case that I buy.

This is probably what's going on. I have no trouble using flash drives in the front USB ports so it's not a connection problem. The USB extender cable does sound like the solution... thanks.
