I want to convert a 4 min 285mgb music video to upload to Photobucket. I'm looking for suggestions as to the best way to do this.

divx or xvid. Use any of the conversion tools found in the tools section.

Just be aware that whatever your desired file size is will have lower quality with the compression. Be warned.... But that said you can get it to look good if you work at it but you shouldn't expect the same quality as the original file.

Also, photobucket is doing what most other storage sites are doing and converting to low quality FLV files.

If you're concerned about quality, a site like stage6.divx.com would be a better choice.
