I looked thru various topics and googled around to find some answer for a peculiar setup and hope someone can give me some advice on the best suited programs:

My source is a DVD which has multiple language audio tracks.
I want to author and playback the video with all language tracks simultaneously.

The reason and setup is as follows: A computer has the entire video and all language audio tracks on harddisk.
The computer has a M-Audio Delta 410 card that can output 10 audio channels.

Two audio channels are used for a main language showing in a large venue and goes directly to the in-house PA system and the other 8 channels go into a simultaneous interpretation system which in turn feeds the audio to infra-red receivers with headsets to foreign language guests in the same venue.

Thus I need to handle two points:
1) Extract video and all language audio tracks from the DVD and save them to harddrive.
2) Use a player that is capable of playing full-screen video with 10 simultaneous audio tracks out of my Delta 410 card.

Of-course, I don't want to invest into a million-and-a-half studio software that has "PIXAR" capabilities - but just the needed software to do the above.

Any advice is very, very appreciated!
