Weird error massage at NOD32 installation!

i just downloaded ESET's trial version for the new NOD32 antivirus.
for some reason during installation process i'm getting this massage:


WTF?
since when i need to verify access to this folder or any other folder during process?!?
does someone have an idea?

I can't see the image from here, but folder access issues are typically related to the profile you are using during the install (ie: not an administrator) or an issue with the installation program. This problem can also sometimes occur if you are trying to perform a custom install and have changed the default installation location.
