I'm trying to convert some homemade DVDs (tv shows recorded on an LG LRA-516, DVD-R) to view on an iPod. I'm using DVD Decrypter to create a single file for conversion by Videora. I've got Decrypter set for IFO Mode, Stream Processing enabled, File Splitting set to None, and I had my fingers crossed. No matter what chapters and cells I check off to include, the program only transfers the first cell to the output file. It shows that is processes everything I requested and then says that it completed successfully, but the output file is always exactly the same size as the first cell. I tried this on a pre-recorded disc just for comparison and it seemed to work properly. FYI, I've got the LG recorder set to mark a chapter automatically every 5 minutes. I'm running this on an an WinXP SP1 machine and I'm not out of space on my hard drive. I've searched and can't find a similar problem posted anywhere. Any clues anybody? Thanks...

copy just the vobs you want together in a video into a folder. start with the first and renumber them sequentially, i.e VTS_01_1, VTS_01_2 etc... then use vob2mpg to convert them into an mpeg-2.
