I have a few more questions about After Effects...

    1) I'm trying to create a video for YouTube, but they won't take files bigger than 100 MB. What's a file format that takes up a small amount of space, but also is good quality? .mov is great quality but too big. .mp4 is small but bad quality. Is there a good middle ground? I want my movie to be about 10 minutes long, so...

    2) Is there a way to alter the speed of a movie file within After Effects where the audio's pitch isn't changed? Instead of getting higher or lower, it just drags or goes faster?
