    Any recommend tools for splitting MPEG2 file with file size 4.62GB? Need to chop file into 2~3 GB.

    If it needs to be playable, try

    Mpeg2Cut2
    Videoredo
    Womble Mpeg VCR

    If it doesn't need to be playable, try HJSplit
